Problem With The Script

Hi,

I purchased this script yesterday and I'm having problems with it.  I installed everything as per instructions.  It is for Wordpress and according to the settings page all checks are correct.  The plugin is successfully activated and I've added the chat to this page on my site:  tuffnecks.com/chat/

The chat comes up with the login screen but when I logon nothing happens.  I can logon to the control panel with my admin account.  Also the control panel only shows 1 admin account and not a handful of other test accounts registerd on the site.  There seems to be no connection to the user table.

I had purchased the $19 wordpress integration plan with support.

Hi Frank,

See if you can send us an error log to info@flasherize.com and we'll have a look at it.

When I try to log in to the chat on your site it seems to hang, so likely something is not configured correctly, perhaps the wordpress database prefix? The error log of your host should tell.

The control panel will only list the admin account when in integrated mode, this is correct.
The reason is that all other users are in Wordpress. The admin user is only for logging in to the control panel. Users use their Wordpress accounts.

i'm having the exact same problem.  i followed all the install instruction but when i try to add a new user nothing happens.  the "Register" button just gets greyed out and that's it.

I think you have an entirely different problem ZonaDave, the register button should not be visible in Wordpress integration mode, and it is not visible for Frank.
