New user...a few issues need help

Hello,

I just purchased your plugin for my Wordpress site ($19 plan) and here are my problems:

1.  The link 'Go to Chatroom control panel'...it takes me to a 404 not found page on my site.

2.  The integration settings dont seem to save when I change them. Specifically, I check the
'Send new user registration notify' and it doesn't save.

3.  How do I get the chat window to show the chatters who are not logged in?  It only shows a login screen.
This is a must.

4.  Can I have the chat window show in a sidebar widget??

5.  How do I get my Wordpress registered users to be able to login?  So far, they are unable to.

NOTE:  Once I login under my admin, I can chat.

Hi racerman28,

1. The control panel is available at http://yourdomain/ChatRoom/ChatRoomACP/ if the link happens to be wrong.
What address does it point to? Anyway use that link instead.

2. The "Send new user registration notify" is not used in Wordpress integration mode as the users cannot register in the chat.
Users registers in Wordpress only. The registration box is disabled in Flasherize Chat when integrated.

3. You must log in to be able to open the chat, there are many reasons for this. We are considering letting non-logged in users see who is online, but we are still unsure if this is a good idea.

4. Not the entire chat window, the userlist would be wider than your sidebar, not to mention the chat area itself would be huge. Flasherize Chat cannot be used as a shoutbox.

5. They should be able to log in with their Wordpress username and password. The integration module uses Wordpress login functions. Have your users forgotten their passwords or something?
