IPB Integration Problem

Hi, I had purchased the standard version in error (order# 1237641009) please refund to our PP account.

Realizing I purchased the wrong version I then purchased (order# 1237644015) the Integrated version and installed it as per the instructions. I can get to the login window but no IPB registered users nor the Chat Admin can login.

Error: The Username or Password is Invalid.

integrationtype.php returns: ipb

Please advise.

How long does it take for a customer to receive support?

A lot less if you use the contact form on the website, the forum is more of a knowledgebase.  :)

As for this request it has been resolved, the wrong version was refunded and the IPB log in problem resolved as well.
