When accesing the user's page and clicking on a user, I get the following error message:

Quote
PHP Run-Time Notice [ 8 ] Description: Undefined index: 2. in file C:\webserver\wwwroot\sintixanno\ChatRoom\ChatRoomACP\admin.mod.php on line 1088

Due to the dependency on both PHP and MySQL, Flasherize must remain temporarily closed until the error is rectified. We are sorry for any inconveniences.

Are you running standard or integrated mode? If you are in integrated mode, what have you integrated against?

It's been more than a month that I asked help for this. I should have asked for a refund since this script is not working, but now I am perfectly happy with Tufat FlashChat.

Our contact page is the best way to get support as we guarantee answer within two business days over the contact form/email. There is a big difference in support availability between the basic standard version and the other options because of the price difference as is stated on the purchase page.

The forum contains help for more generic problems such as servers with incorrectly configured PHP setups, incorrect file permissions etc which can be useful for a larger portion of users than very specific issues for single users.

The user page is fully functional on all of our test setups, so some server setting or other setup details must be at fault on your end and it could easily have been solved with a copy of your PHP/server error log sent to us.

I'm sorry we couldn't help you out in time and if you still want a refund just contact us via the contact page and we'll see to it.
