Double posts on our Wordpress integrated forum

I just installed Flasherize on our groups website for members only chats. In testing it, we've noticed that sometimes posts will duplicate anywhere from 2-7 times. It's repeated but we can't seem to find a trigger for the behavior.

Any suggestions?
