Need to move license to new url iowafug.us. This is a Wordpress installation.
Send us an email to info@flasherize.com with the current domain of the license and the new domain, we will move it for you. The chat will not work on the old domain after that.
Tried to install and got a bad header failure.
My guess is that some of the files have not been uploaded correctly. Download from our site again and upload to your site again.
What version of Wordpress are you running?
Also read the instrux for installing under WP and have a question on that.
In the first set of instrux "Upload Flasherize to your webserver", I am told to ftp only the ChatRoom folder to the root which in my case is public_html.
Correct.
The second set of instrux "Install the Wordpress Plugin", tells me to have WP upload and install the .zip file which would then place the ChatRoom folder in the plugins folder of wp-content. Thus there would be the same folder in two different places, or am I reading this incorrectly?
The wordpress plugin that you install into Wordpress is in IntegrationPlugins/Wordpress/flasherize-chat.zip.
It does not contain the ChatRoom code or graphics, it's just a plugin to Wordpress to connect to the /ChatRoom folder and it's contents. The wordpress plugin also handles publishing the chat in Wordpress pages and/or sidebar and the user integration. But not the Chat software itself. Two different things.
